All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to fully evaluate the platform during this period before subscribing.
If you are not satisfied with TradeLabPro, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Refund requests made after 7 days of the initial charge will not be eligible.
Email support@tradelabpro.net with your account email and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not generate a refund for the current billing period.
Annual plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent renewal.
