By accessing or using TradeLabPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TradeLabPro is a software automation tool only. It is NOT financial advice, investment advice, or a trading recommendation of any kind. Trading stocks, options, and other securities involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose all of the money you invest. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results.
TradeLabPro provides infrastructure for automated trading. All strategies, parameters, and risk settings are defined entirely by you. The software executes mechanically according to your configuration. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
TradeLabPro offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless covered by our refund policy.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty that it will operate without errors, execute all intended trades, or produce any particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeLabPro and its owners shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed trades, system failures, or any other damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
